Paul Pierce will be traded before this season ends. Even though he had 35 points two nights ago, when the game counted he committed a charging foul because he decided to take on three defenders rather than pass to a wide open Jiri Welsch who was set up for a three. This play demonstrates what Pierce has turned into. He sees himself as a star and refuses to trust his teammates. I don't see this mentality changing, and I don't see Doc Rivers and Danny Ainge putting up with it.
