Andrew Bogut got thrown out of a game for retaliating after he was "inadvertently shoved to the ground." The player doing the initial shoving was a player on the Pacer's summer team, John Edwards. (So that's what happened to him since the presidential campaign).
How do you inadvertently shove someone to the ground?
