There are three owners of the Hawks. Two of them want to sign Joe Johnson for too much money, one does not. 30% owner Steve Belkin, who's against the bad signing, initially won a court case to stop the trade, but Czar David Stern has written an affidavit (I thought that's what you hid on Passover) supporting the two owners who want to waste too much money on Johnson.
