NBA quick thoughts

  • Duncan had 26 points and 19 rebounds. The stats show he had a great game. What I saw was a player choking. In the fourth quarter, he got a case of the Shaqs at the free throw line, missed an easy tip-in, and struggled handling the ball.
  • If Horry was in the NFL, he'd be a Patriot.
  • Would have been great if Wallace called a timeout he didn't have before the buzzer. Tar Heel Rasheed was on the court when Webber called his infamous timeout.
  • Rip Hamilton throws his body into the defender, elbows the defender in the face, and misses the shot. Of course he then looks to the ref in disbelief with his arms spread out. Larry Brown has taught him well.
