Here's a lineup that gets that gets every whistle. If they played a real game, the other team would be fouled out by the middle of the second quarter.

Shaq and Iverson do legitametly earn a lot of free throws. My frustration with Shaq is how he's allowed to throw his shoulder and sometimes elbows into his defenders. I put Iverson there because I couldn't think of anyone else, and he often initiates the contact by jumping into defenders.
Shaq and Iverson are no where close to Reggie Miller, who should be the captain of this team. Miller's been making fools out of refs for years.
