This happened too much during Final Four Weekend: A team would call timeout -- long commercial break. We'd see one possession, then CBS would go to a TV timeout -- another long commercial break. I'd guess when this happened, it would be over 5 minutes of commercials and maybe 20 seconds of basketball.
Are the coaches intentionally calling timeout right before a TV timeout to give their players a long period of rest? Or maybe this practice along with Billy Packer is part of CBS's strategy to torture its viewers.
