People who have never lived in Boston might want to ignore this. Sportscaster Bob Lobel is a legend in Boston. He's been doing sports forever and he's very popular in Boston. Part of the appeal of him is he appears drunk all the time. His face is always bright red, he always has a smile on his face like he urinated in your coffee, and he's funny during his telecasts, especially when the local team loses.
Now, Bob Lobel is suing the creator of this comic strip. I like Lobel, but I hope he loses the suit. "Get Fuzzy" can be a very good comic strip, although it's no Family Circus.

I personally hope he doesn't end, "Get Fuzzy." It may be incosistent, but once in a while it can be very good, like Brian Daubach.
What I don't understand about this suit is how it relates to political cartoons. Political cartoons have said some nasty things about Clinton, Bush, etc. If Lobel could sue one of these guys, what would stop Clinton from suing Mallard Filmore?
